Water rarely enters where it appears inside. We trace the path from the stain back to the interface that is actually failing, look at the attic side and sheathing where access allows, and document findings with photographs before pricing a repair.
Targeted repair of failed areas on a roof that is otherwise sound — damaged or displaced covering, failed penetrations, deteriorated flashing, and the small details that cause repeat leaks.
Sheathing, rafter tails, fascia, eaves and framing degraded by long-term moisture. The rot is removed, the source of water is addressed, and sound material is rebuilt in its place.
When a covering has reached the end of its service life, planning matters: substrate condition, underlayment, ventilation, edge and transition details, permits, and how the work is sequenced around the building’s use.
Valleys, penetrations, chimneys, skylights, wall-to-roof transitions, gutters and downspouts. These interfaces are where most roof water problems begin, and they are called out line by line in the scope.

Roofing is managed as part of qualifying general building scopes, and appropriately licensed roofing trade participation is coordinated where the scope or applicable licensing requirements call for it. In practice that means the delivery method is matched to the project in front of us — structural, framing and dry-rot repair sit squarely inside general building work, while specialty roofing installation is arranged with the correctly licensed trade when that is what the scope requires.
